What We Have Done

New Stages Limited Achievements

As well as notable award winning buildings like Graeae’s Bradbury Studios in London (opened 2009), and the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry (2007), New Stages has masterminded work on the groundbreaking UK Centre for Carnival Arts in Luton (2009), managed Birmingham Rep’s involvement in the huge Library of Birmingham project (2013) and the many challenges of building on top of a shopping centre at Lyric Hammersmith (2015).  Other projects include the front-of-house refurbishment at the Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury (2015) and Dance4’s move to new premises in Nottingham (2016).

Most recently, New Stages worked for Leeds Playhouse on its £16m redevelopment scheme, completed in 2019, and is now working on The Story Museum in Oxford as well as being back at the Belgrade Theatre for its 2020 redevelopment..
